Intro

Traditional clinical systems use multiple flavors of the legacy HL7 v2.x protocols to communicate, preventing them from benefiting from all the innovation taking place in the FHIR (Fast Interoperability Healthcare Resources) space.

The FHIR Adaptor.

Pre-designed Orchestra scenarios to accelerate your projects.

The MACH | Orchestra HL7 FHIR Adaptor (or FHIR Adaptor for short) is an always-growing implementation of several Orchestra scenarios that enable healthcare organizations to leverage the FHIR standard and create an integrated clinical landscape without artificial barriers, and without depending on individual vendors to enhance their solutions, thus protecting your existing investments.

Currently you can benefit from pre-built conversions between HL7 v2.x ADT, ORM, SIU and ORU messages and FHIR R4 resources, with new functionality being released on a regular basis.
