Intro

How you manage and monitor data flows determines how effective a data integration platform is.

On the MACH | Portal, monitoring is possible from a cluster perspective all the way down to individual instances, allowing for high-level status investigation as well as in-depth scenario exploration and log search capabilities.

The Portal Architecture.

The Portal is the Command & Control center of the MACH platform, allowing you to easily manage your integration landscape, no matter how large and how complex. The Portal centralizes a number of tasks, all within a friendly and secure user interface:

  • Environment management of the interface landscape – starting and stopping interfaces, changing environment variables, etc…
  • Download of binary sources of new MACH versions as well as updates and distribution within the environment & end-to-end CI/CD Integration
  • Central documentation and AI supported help
  • Monitoring of interfaces and forwarding of alerts
  • Central interface storage in the hub and central scenario overlays as scalable interface templates
  • User management with roles and rights management (incl. SSO)
Data privacy

Ensured data privacy.

Very importantly, no Protected Health Information (PHI) is shared and stored in the Portal, and only management and administration data flows from the MACH | Orchestra instances to the Portal and back.

Furthermore, the MACH | Portal supports Multitenancy, allowing you, if necessary, to service multiple customers while maintaining complete isolation between different integration environments and landscapes.
